Can you send me a catalog?

This web site is our "Online" Catalog. With constant changes in the electronics industry we have found it is virtually impossible to keep a printed catalog current. As we receive price breaks and discounts from our Vendors they are immediately passed on to you, our customers, via this site. Because we save the high cost of the print media you enjoy the lowest prices possible. Also, as new products are introduced or discontinued by our manufacturers you'll see those updates as soon as possible here in our online store and catalog.


Can you quote me a price or special order a product you don't stock?

When requesting a quote or inquiring about a special order please provide the following information;

  • Shipping Name & Address
  • Daytime Phone
  • Return Email Address
  • Preferred Shipping Method
  • Products and quantities

**For radio products please also provide the specific model, frequencies, and "Private Line" codes.


Do you ship internationally?

We take orders from and ship to international destinations, but all orders must be placed over the phone and any destinations other than Canada will require a bank or wire transfer instead of credit card authorization before shipment.


When will I get my order?

We ship by UPS Ground and/or USPS Priority Mail/First Class to the continental United States and to APOs via USPS only. The shipment method will be chosen by us at the time of shipping based on speed and cost to you destination. Ground shipping to the continental United States usually takes 2-6 business days. If you need your order sooner than that, please contact us so we can get an accurate quote for a USPS Priority Express or UPS 2nd Day Air shipment cost to your destination. International Shipments


Payment Options

We happily accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express through our secure online website. Corporate or Government POs are also accepted after credit approval. We also accept USPS money orders and bank wire transfers. (Shipping will be delayed until all money orders/transfers have clear our bank). When using a money orders/bank transfer please/or an approved PO please contact us directly to place your so we can quote the proper freight charges and ensure the items you need are in stock and your order can be processed.
